You choose…





You choose whether to look forward to a session or to dread it.

You choose whether to procrastinate or just get on and do it.

You choose to believe you can do this (or not).

You choose to be the best you can be today and every day.

You choose if you are going to hang out with positive people or not.

You choose to listen to the lazy inner you.

You choose to be different from the masses.

You choose to ignore the pain and embrace the power.

You choose to be a runner.

So if you choose to run, do it to the best of your ability. It’s your choice after all.
